Dictionary of Old Literary Finnish

This six-part dictionary is a collection of words appearing in written sources dating from the ‘Old Literary Finnish’ period, providing as exhaustive a description as possible of their usage and meanings. Two volumes of the dictionary have been published to date.

Date: The first volume was published in 1985, the second in 1994. The remaining volumes will be published by the end of the 2020s.
